    We teach you how to eat the right foods in the right amounts, at the right time to support you in reaching your goals. 80% of your results will come from your eating plan, so understanding the importance of this is a major part of what we do. Our coaches will help you develop your very own meal plan and as your body and goals adjust, so will your plan.

    A cross country runner will have a completely different fitness plan than someone who just wants to lose a few kilos. That’s why every person needs a fitness plan best suited to their goals. Our Coaches design a program specifically for you and your needs to help you will reach your desired goals.

    Making sure that your body is getting the vitamins, minerals, and sufficient protein to properly support you. This is often a key element that is either missed or missed used. When used correctly it can make an immense difference in helping to acquire your desired goals.

  • Ares - Full Body HIIT

    This workout will get your heart pumping! Turn your body into a fat-burning God by working in various timed intervals of cardio and strength.

  • Herat Rate Zone Goal

    24% or more of your workout should be spent within the Orange & Red Zone (80% - 100% MHR) This is based on the science of EPOC, excess post-exercise oxygen consumption. If you challenge your body at the right intensity, your body will work harder to recover oxygen lost during exercise. This revs your metabolism and makes you burn calories long after your workout is over.

  • Athena - Lower Body Strength

    Burn fat and build lean muscle in this class by becoming a God of leg strength! You’ll work through various exercises of power and endurance to gain the physique you desire!

  • Herat Rate Zone Goal

    40% or more of your workout should be spent within the Blue & Green Zone (60% - 80% MHR) This is zone is used less commonly when training with HRM but it’s the grey area that athletes often forget when training with HRM. This zone is based to help ensure your building lean mass as well as help with your muscular endurance and can make your body more efficient.

  • Zeus - Upper Body Strength

    Be strong and sturdy by building lean muscle to become a God of upper body strength. You’ll work through various exercises of power and endurance to gain the physique you desire!
